Directors' Report & Accounts
Running a limited company can bring advantages, but there is additional work required.
Limited companies have additional responsibilities when it comes to the published accounts. The accounts must be prepared using a reporting language known as iXBRL. Two versions must also be produced; an abbreviated version for Companies House, and a full version for HMRC. This requires specialist software and training. Even when the numbers are finalised, there is still the time-consuming process to “tag” them all and present them correctly within the format of an iXBRL-compliant report.
If the above sounds like more hassle than it’s worth to you, then we will happily do the job for you. We have the correct software and expertise to produce the accounts in an iXBRL-compliant format, and will submit them electronically to Companies House and HMRC on your behalf.
